Delivery Charges

We generally ship UPS Standard Ground service to addresses in the Continental United States. Delivery charges are based on the total value of your purchase and the destination. Some items require an Extra Delivery Charge if they are "oversized" or "heavy."

Returns & Exchanges

All cash returns (i.e., you want cash back) must be requested within three (3) days of the delivery.

All credit returns (i.e., you want store credit) must be made within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be in same condition as when they left the store.

Merchandise that is returned opened or in a nonfactory box are subject to a 10% open-box fee (also called a "restocking fee"), unless exchanged for the exact same item due to deficiency.

No returns or exchanges on lead, glass, books, or special orders.
